God Bless America

We celebrate July 4th as America’s birthday. I am grateful for this country, wort and all.

Yeah, as wonderful as this country is, it is difficult to imagine the rampant racism that still exists. I find it impossible to fathom sex slaves in our great country, but it does exist.

One day, I pray this wonderful free country becomes great once again by including everyone in its promise of freedom and a fair shot in the pursuit of happiness. Racism doesn’t allow everyone to have a fair shot in their pursuit. Slaves surely don’t have any rights due to their awful captors. Do we not care about this enough to do things differently?
